Hostfi Cashback Rewards Program Terms

Eligible Hostfi Account holders will receive rewards in the form of “cash back” on their qualifying card transactions (the “Cashback Rewards”). The terms of the Cashback Rewards may be amended by us from time to time, at our sole discretion, including discontinuation or suspension of the program at any time. Cashback rewards are not a cash equivalent. Cashback Rewards are not available on ACH or wire transfers.
Under the Cashback Rewards program, Account holders will receive up to a certain percentage of the total dollar value spent on qualifying bona fide Hostfi card transactions based starting at 1% on all transactions and increasing based on certain spend levels and with particular merchants as communicated in your Hostfi dashboard. You may only redeem Cashback Rewards upon payment of all amounts owed to Hostfi.
Your Cashback Rewards will be redeemed automatically only above at least $20 in rewards within 90 days of your eligible transactions and will be deposited into your Hostfi Account balance at that time. If you believe you are entitled to Cashback Rewards that haven’t been automatically redeemed, you must email us at support@gethostfi.com and provide the name of the Account holder with your request to process all accrued Cashback Rewards.
Once we receive your request, we will process all accrued and eligible Cashback Rewards on your Account that haven’t been automatically processed. You will be entitled to claim your Cashback Rewards until the earlier of six (6) months from the date of the month on which you accrued them and the date your Account is closed.
After such time, such Cashback Rewards will not be available for redemption and you will lose any Cashback Rewards that were not redeemed.
Your Cashback Rewards will be deposited into your primary Hostfi Account.
To illustrate the above, for eligible transactions with a participating Cashback vendor where Hostfi offers a 1% Cashback, if you spend $1,000 with the vendor, you may be eligible for up to $10 in cashback automatically deposited into your Hostfi Account in the following month after your transaction with vendor.
You are responsible for ensuring that the balance of Cashback Rewards is correct. If you believe that the balance is incorrect, please report the issue to us at support@gethostfi.com. You must notify us of any discrepancies within 60 days of such information being made available to you. If you do not notify us within 60 days, you forfeit the right to contest this balance, so long as such forfeiture is not prohibited by applicable law.
Your Cashback Rewards may be subject to additional terms. In the event your Account is closed, suspended, we otherwise suspect misuse of the program, or for any other reason, we may deny the redemption of any or all Cashback Rewards to your Account. You may be disqualified from participating in the Cashback Rewards program if 1] any previous payments were late 2] any payments owed to Hostfi are past due 3] you participate in self-dealing (eg: using Hostfi to pay for products provided by the business, any of its affiliates, owners, or third-parties affiliated with your Company) 4] you abuse any of our programs.
We may, from time to time, exclude certain transactions from the Cashback Rewards. Non-qualifying transaction include, but are not limited to:
• Foreign transactions
• Transactions that have been reversed, refunded or returned
• Transactions subject to chargebacks
• Purchases of lottery tickets, gift cards, prepaid cards, digital currencies, or other cash equivalents
• Transfers from deposit accounts or checking accounts
• Person-to-person money transfers
• ACH transfers
Cashback Rewards are not your property. Cashback Rewards are not the property of any individual employee, agent, or representative of such business. Cashback Rewards may only be redeemed by individuals authorized to act on behalf of the account owner. Cashback Rewards cannot be transferred to any other third party or Hostfi Account.
You understand that you are responsible for determining and paying any taxes on accrued Cashback Rewards regardless of whether they are redeemed and that Hostfi will not have any responsibility to provide reporting to you or any governmental authority, except where expressly required by law. You may opt-out of the Cashback Rewards program by emailing us at support@gethostfi.com and requesting that you wish to opt-out of the program. You understand that you will otherwise be automatically enrolled in the program unless and until you opt-out by contacting us. Our partners including Celtic Bank, Stripe, Inc., Stripe Payments Company, and Evolve Bank & Trust are not affiliated with the Cashback Rewards program and do not administer it. This program and any other reward programs offered in connection are the sole responsibility of Hostfi and its service providers.
